A very rare photo has just been discovered of Don Carlo Neccogino, the first Gatto de tutti Gatti of San Francisco's infamous Neccogino syndicate. Here we see, Don Carlo, backed by (from left to right) "Big Paulie" Neccogino, "Little Paulie" Neccogino, and just plain "Paulie" Neccogino...all legitimate San Francisco businessmen and musicians, seen in front of their legitimate business at 720 Columbus Street, on May 18, 1932.
